Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Norsh Pet Food website and the purchase of products from us.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Products
We sell dog food products for domestic pet consumption only. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error‑free.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- Products are unavailable
- Pricing or description errors occur
- Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected
If payment has been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Price & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP & EUR and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via:
- Shopify Payments
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
5. Delivery
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding public and bank holidays).
Delivery Times
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and a parcel is returned to us:
- Resending the parcel will incur additional delivery charges
- If the original delivery was free, delivery charges will apply to resending
- Charges must be paid before resending
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate delivery details and consider delivery to an address where someone will be available.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact hello@norshpetfood.com as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from delivery.
Please:
- Retain the damaged goods and packaging
- Keep the goods at the delivery address
- Provide photographs where requested
- Supply the best‑before date, batch code, and order reference number
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
These rights do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Cancellations & Returns (Change of Mind)
Cooling‑Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Important exclusions
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons:
- Unopened and undamaged products only are eligible for return
- Opened pet food cannot be returned unless faulty
Returns Process
- Notify customercare@naturopetfoods.com within 14 days of delivery
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Original delivery charges are non‑refundable
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, subject to payment provider processing times.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to NATURO PET PRODUCTS LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, data, or business
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Promotions and Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, affiliate or referral codes, prize draws, competitions or other special offers (together, “Promotions”).
Each Promotion is subject to its own specific Promotion Terms & Conditions, which will be made available at the time the Promotion is offered, including on relevant product pages, landing pages, marketing communications, or within the Promotion itself.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
• Promotions are subject to availability
• Promotions are non‑transferable and have no cash alternative
• Only one Promotion may be used per order
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time where permitted by law
Where a Promotion involves a discount or promotional pricing, refunds for returned items will be based on the price actually paid after the Promotion has been applied.
Affiliate or referral codes may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, usage limits, commission conditions, or validation checks, which will be set out in the applicable Promotion terms.
Competitions and prize draws are subject to separate Competition Terms and Conditions, including details of eligibility, entry mechanics, prize descriptions, and winner selection. Competition rules will be made available at the time of entry.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms of any Promotion, the Promotion‑specific terms shall prevail.
