Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Promotions Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions, discount codes, affiliate or influencer codes, competitions and special offers (“Promotions”) run by NATURO PET PRODUCTS LTD, trading as Norsh Pet Food, unless otherwise stated.

All Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time where permitted by law. Our standard Terms & Conditions of Sale continue to apply to all orders.

B. First‑Time Customer Discount Codes

(e.g. NORSHFIRST20, GIMMENORSH20)

1. Eligibility

• Available to new customers only making their first purchase on https://www.norshpetfood.com
• One use per customer
• One discount per order

2. Discount Details

• 20% off the customer’s first order
• Valid on the following products only:
  • Norsh Single Flavour 12 Packs
  • Norsh Variety Packs

3. Excluded Products

The discount cannot be used on:

• Trial Packs
• 16 Packs (bulk buy products)
• Any product not expressly listed as eligible
• Products already discounted or included in bundle promotions

4. Usage Restrictions

• Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code
• Non‑transferable
• No cash alternative
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders

5. Validity

• Codes are valid until 1 August 2026 at 23:59 BST, unless withdrawn earlier
• Orders must be placed before the expiry date

6. General

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where misuse or abuse of a discount code is suspected.

C. Influencer & Brand Ambassador Discount Codes

(e.g. CHARLIE20 and similar formats)

Norsh Pet Food works with influencers and brand ambassadors who may share promotional discount codes as part of brand awareness activities.

1. Code Validity

• Codes are valid for three (3) months from the date the influencer publishes the relevant post or video, unless otherwise stated
• Codes expire automatically and cannot be reactivated

2. Eligible Products

Influencer and ambassador codes are valid only on the following products:

Single Flavour 12 Packs

• Fisherman’s Catch
• Lamb Hotpot
• Chicken Casserole

Variety Packs

• Comfort Classics Variety Pack
• Grain‑Free Dinners Variety Pack

Eligible products will be clearly indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to amend the range of eligible products at any time.

3. Excluded Products

Codes cannot be used on:

• Trial packs
• Bulk buy formats, including 16‑pack options
• Any products not expressly listed as eligible above

4. Usage Restrictions

• One redemption per customer (per email address or customer account)
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, subscription discount, sale pricing or promotion
• Valid on full‑price items only
• Non‑transferable, no cash value, no refunds
• Cannot be applied retrospectively

5. Nature of Influencer Codes

Influencer and ambassador codes:

• Are public promotional codes
• Are not personalised or uniquely issued
• Do not form part of an affiliate, referral, cashback or commission‑based programme

6. Withdrawal & Misuse

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, amend or refuse the use of any code where it is used:

• Fraudulently
• In breach of these terms
• In a manner not intended as part of the promotion

Competitions and prize draws are subject to separate Competition Terms & Conditions, which will be made available at the point of entry and will include details of:

Conflict & Priority

If there is any conflict between:

• These Promotions Terms & Conditions, and
• Any Promotion‑specific terms,

the Promotion‑specific terms shall prevail.
